Well, first the note itself could already contain a number of "Resent-"
tags. Then I'm going to get questions from people reporting a bug in
LISTSERV which, for some apparently unknown reason, decides, from time to
time, to resend some mail to them, just for fun. I understand that the
blurb is boring for the editor, but it does avoid that kind of questions
:-)
