We have some ancedotal evidence that remote Bitnet owners of
LISTSERV-lists can no longer administer their lists (listname@fqdn)
when their list definition is set similar to:
 
* OWNER= userid@bitnode
 
even if they e-mail LISTSERV@fqdn from their userid@newnode_fqdn
or from their [log in to unmask]
 
Interestingly LISTSERV generates NOTIFYs to userid@newnode_fqdn
