Hi there.

I'm running LISTSERV and LSMTP on a win2k machine, and although the system
clock is correctly configured, and messages contain the correct date/time in
the header, the time in the body of admin messages is off by 3 hours.  I'm
assuming that this is a configuration easily changable somewhere, but after
searching the list archives and manuals, I couldn't find the info.
