Can someone explain the criteria for deciding whether or not to peer a list?
I have a list called India-d which was just peered here about six months ago.
I noticed that there are well over 1400 subscribers to the Temple link of
India-d. Does such a large number of subscribers justify peering it again?
This list is farely active. If it seems like a good idea to peer India-d, how
to I decide where to it should be peered?
