This email address MUST exist in any correct LISTSERV Installation.  If you
are running on Unix, VM, or VMS then you may have to create an appropriate
e-mail alias, per the installation instructions.  On Windows, this is handled
automatically, IF you let LISTSERV receive its own e-mail.  If you don;t allow
this, then you may need to create an alias routing for Windows as well.
