Can anyone help me figure out who or what is sending all of the messages
like the one below which are bouncing?  This is the fourth one today.

The convicted can also appeal to the King.  I could remember the King
once commuted a death sentence to life (pardon the pun).  It was a
case of a government ministed who was convicted of killing a rival
