I need either an  MVS account and basic instructions about  how to log in
and attempt to receive files, or someone  to try to receive files for me.
A closer look at the documentation  reveals that a thing known as INMNUMF
is required in the INMR01 record, although  it is in the list of optional
fields under  the description of INMR01  and I had thus  ignored it. This
could be the missing bit.
