When a user has forgotten his/her password, is there a way without knowing
what the old password is to either lookup, delete or change the user's
password either locally or at a remote listserv? I know what the filename
is for the locally stored passwords, but I wonder if that is the recommended
method.

Thanks again,
Lisa
