Double-check that you downloaded the right binary kit to match your system. You
may have done something silly like downloaded a Windows 64-bit onto a 32-bit
system.  BTW - what sort of system is it?  And if it's a Unixy system and has
'uname' and 'file, what do 'uname -a' and 'file lsv.exe' show?
