What does one do with these annoying things? I can't make head nor tails out of the gobbledy gook that is their contents. Is there actually useful information in this thing? I found a couple of paragraphs in the site managers manual that tells me there is loop checking, that the antispam feature is built into the loop checking, but I'm not seeing (which may be my problem) anything that tells one how to make sense of this mess. I also find some info in the owner's manual about how quoting causes problems. Are there instructions anywhere that could give me a clue?

Yes, I'm out of my depth here. Thanks for whatever patience you can manage for my thashing.

John, who is ready to just filter the bloody things into the trash can and forget they exist.
