My guess is that they are NOT exact userid@node matches.  Thus, it would take considerable heuristics to figure out which are duplicative e.g., PMW1@host might be the same mailbox as Pete-Weiss@host .

Did those folks opt-in to the new (merge) list?  If not, maybe that would be the way to go?  Or, maybe RENEWAL processing could be used?  Follow-ups to lstOWN-l.
