I know this has been discussed before, but I can't find it anywhere in
the LISTKEYW MEMO.   I have a list owner that wants to send the same
message every couple of weeks, but Listserv is rejecting it due to
duplicate posting.
 
What is the secret incantation I have to put in the header to allow
me to make Listserv not care?
