The usual cause is a site running a mailer so dain-bramaged that they fail
to understand that they need to look at the RFC821 MAIL TO: header, as for
mailing lists the RFC822 To: field is often the listname rather than the
mailbox of the recipient. Do not encourage them by trying to cater to them.
The only proper thing to do is take them out back and smack them upside the
head a few times to pound some sense into them.
