Yes, Use "quiet" owners as below:
 
* Notify= Yes
* Owner= OWNER1@MYNODE,quiet:,OWNER2@MYNODE,OWNER3@MYNODE
 
All owners past the "quiet:" do not receive all that stuff -- only the
ones before that keyword.
