The key thing is that the destination of the 2nd message may be different
from the first.  I think that was what the owner wanted which prompted us
to use lsvimail.  The "survey" message is sent directly to the person
who requested to be added while the ADDREQ1 (or whatever) is sent to the
owner (with cc: to requester as I recall).  Thanks!   marty
