If you give the LISTSERV account the create table rights, LISTSERV
will create the table it needs.
If you have some traditional LISTSERV lists that need to be ported
into the DBMS-backed list, this script will help:
ftp://ftp.lsoft.com/LISTSERV/WINDOWS/CONTRIB/options.rexx
If you want your DBMS-backed LISTSERV lists to have other data
besides the usual LISTSERV data (Email, name and list subscription
options), you should take a look at LISTSERV Maestro.
