We would like to direct all of our outbound mail to a MAILER.  So, we
first set the parameter, DISTOFF=1, to stop using DISTRIBUTE to send mail to
our adjascent host. It didn't seem to have an effect.  Next we set
the parameter, Mail-Via= Direct, to do the same for one of our lists.
It didn't have an effect either.
 
Have the parameters been disabled, or is there something else that
needs to be done?
