Here at Syracuse we created an account NETMAN@SUVM "Network Manager."
 
The person primarily responsible for RSCS/MAILER/LISTSERV uses
this account alot for table maintenance and such.  When he's on
vacation other people watch it.   This way we avoid holes when
people are gone.
 
Another nice thing is when you have staff turnover or changing
responsibilities you don't have alot of maintenance tied to a
personal account, which makes it cleaner.
