Get the list of lists:
LISTS
parse the result with awk or similar, and output a mail like so:
awk ' BEGIN {printf "\n//JOB PW=mysecret\n"};
{ print "review $1" }; # assuming listname is the first field
END { printf "//EOJ\n"}
or so; I'm offline so might be a fair bit off on the details, but the gist
of it should be right...
