I am getting about 5/minute of these same delivery error notices from our
LISTSERV. I had over 2000 this morning when I logged on. I tried telling
listserv SHUTDOWN REIPL, but that did not help (thought it might be in an
infinite loop or something). Is there something broke at CC.UTAH.EDU
or what? I need help PLEASE because this is becoming unnerving.
