Usually what I do is move them out of the queue. Since I'm on Solaris 7, I just move them from /var/spool/listserv to /var/spool/listserv.oops and then free the list. That way I can check them later for viruses, spam, etc. Otherwise just delete xxxx-listname.jobh from the queue and that'll do it.

Subject: how to flush queued messages
A list was put on hold and 76 messages are now queued up. The list owner
wants to release the hold, but not have those messages posted/sent? Is there
a way to flush/delete them?
Regards,
Chris
