Actually, it's either

--> Database ndsu-employee-official, n hits.

or

--> No hit.

since * is a wildcard that returns all items.  It's an easy way to find
the number of items sent to a list in a time period.


I often use

search * in listname since today

to force a reindex of a specific list.
