If anyone has implemented virus scanning for a LISTSERV list, I'd like to
know how.
I receive the below response from LSoft tech support.

LISTSERV doesn't have any built-in virus-scanning features. See:

        http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/lsv-faq.stm#5.20

We don't recommend any particular virus scanner. Scanning the spool
directory is unlikely to be practical since LISTSERV and LSMTP create
and delete files in those directories at a very fast rate. The
suggested method is to scan incoming mail for viruses. (LISTSERV
won't add a virus to a message, so if you make sure that incoming
mail to LISTSERV is clean then it shouldn't be necessary to scan
outgoing mail.)
