Thanks to all so far. I have asked her to remove the "Confirm" and try to send. Part of the puzzle is that she finally saw a moderation screen with the three messages. Once she checked and submitted..or updated, the message went out. But this particular list is not edited/moderated

What does this mean in terms of actual List Configuration (List Header) settings?  Do you mean

Send= Private, Confirm

If so, then of course her (and any other subscriber's) messages require self-confirmation/self-moderation approval before they can go to the list.

It may be the OK/confirmation emails are not getting to her (going into a 'spam' folder), but if she goes to the List Moderation page in the WWW interface she can see and approve them there.
