I would think it better (if not necessary) to log LISTSERV off while
doing this. VMSECURE requires that no one have a disk LINKed R/W
while it's doing its move, and OFFLINE most likely doesn't do a
DETACH of the disk in question. In any event, it's really no more
trouble.
VMSECURE does steps 2, 3 as a single operation, by the way.
