Yes, the WWW interface is very customizable, but there isn't a lot of
documentation on the subject. See the Web Interface Customization

Yes. You probably want to keep a few days around for troubleshooting.

Should not have any permanent files -- do not delete any of the
transient ones, or there will be trouble. (You can delete dummy.txt
if it's present).

jobview shows the contents of a job file
listview lets you see the contents of a list file
