I don't want to turn .cc off all the way, I'd like to
be able to bcc: the list owners on some things
sent only to the subscriber: ADD1 and DELETE1
for instance.

Is there a way to kill the cc line and still allow list
owners to see a copy of the messages?

Is .TO an alternative? I don't want the list owner's
personal email address visible in the message.
