Add the following statement to the x-faculty-staff list configuration:

   Editor= (x-faculty),(x-staff),(x-faculty-staff)
   Send= Editor

This causes LISTSERV to treat subscribers on the named lists as editors
of this list, so their postings are accepted and distributed immediately.
If the x-faculty-staff superlist does not have individual subscribers,
you may choose to omit it from the "Editor=" statement.
