Does anyone know of a way to specify a particular TOPIC in a DISTRIBUTE MAIL-MERGE job for a list thats configured with multiple TOPICS?

Also, is it possible to have DISTRIBUTE MAIL-MERGE jobs archived like a posted posted message is archived?
