I have been dabbling in tickets in mail-merge jobs and for the most part
things work fine except for two issues:

1 - The URL seems incredibly long and breaks on a lot of mail software.

2 - Many people get the following message:
Please type  your name after the  name of the list,  as in: "SUBSCRIBE
INTERPLAY-L Joe  H. Smith".  Alternatively, if  you want  to subscribe
anonymously, send the command: "SUBSCRIBE INTERPLAY-L Anonymous". Your
subscription will then be hidden automatically.

The problem is that with tickets, there's no place to type your
instructions. What are my options?
