Neither ABC-L nor  NOTEBOOK FILELIST really exist. They are  built at the
time the GET  command is issued, and contain all  the logs that presently
exist. If there was nothing sent to the list in october, you will have no
LOG8810 file because  the physical file doesn't exist. This  is also true
if the list owner deletes old archive files.
