The command is


quiet change * [log in to unmask] [log in to unmask]

The * indicates all lists

We used the following when we changed our internet domain for all internal
users:

quiet change * *@old.domain *@new.domain

It's in the manual, but not that clear.  Tech support was helpful in
getting down the right path.
