I don't want to enter this debate, but  I have to say just one thing: the
EB0UB011  server has  been chronically  screwed up  since about  the time
Jose-Maria left the place. The degree  of screwup has indeed increased at
about the same  time LISTEARN was installed,  but it may or  may not have
been a direct  consequence. The one thing  that is clear in  this mess is
that the people who were in charge of the server at that time were pretty
unresponsive, to  use gentle  words, and mail  to Postmaster  returns "no
such  local user"  while the  registered technical  contact had  moved to
greener pastures and nobody bothered to read his mail regularly.
