LISTSERV 15.0 has simplified translating significantly (over previous versions
of LISTSERV) by putting all the on-screen text into special templates. These
templates all begin with "TEXT-". So you can just go through and translate just
those templates for the French-language list.

I strongly recommend the Customization Manual to anyone who wants to do
customizations. It's short and it will help you understand the template
structure.
