OOps. Sorry, Alan. I completly mis-read this. In my copy of the manual,
Sec 7.12.9 is on a different page (I read it online and page#s aren't
relevant) and I missed the reference =8-(
What I interpret from your description above is
- the KEYWORDS file originally had Review= Owners (per the example)
- the Owner (or you?) changed the KEYWORD file to Review= Private
- the Owner did a REVIEW (only way to check the header) and saw the
changes, everything appears to be ok...
- BUT an attempt by someone else (non-owner, non-admin) to REVIEW the list
failed (with the usual 'You are not authorized...' msg)
- So, you re-PUT the actual List Header Skeleton file (with the .IK)
- now it all works ok.
If this is the sequence you described, it would appear there is something
for me to look into, and I will. If not, please let me know.
