Does this mean you can't SERVE OFF a "trusted" but broken MAILER ?
Still this  doesn't answer the  question about  the peer. It  says "Processing
mail from POSTMASTER@...." or  does a peer look at some  X-LSVxxxx tag for the
SERVE check?
