Needless to say, since we don't have all of the facts, we are just
conjecturing. To have all the facts would require a list of the EDITOR=
value, a list distribution with ALL of the headers including a possible
SENDER:, and finally a Q listname FOR poster@host

That of course is NOT true if the poster is an EDITOR (which can be based
upon the list definition keyword EDITOR= or the poster's "reserved" SET
option.
I wonder if template processing for CONTENT_FILTER could be
involved? That certainly would obfuscate.
