Posts throwing errors

Hi -

I've had three posts (from the same list) rejected today.  Each with an error message similar to:


>>> Error X'00000065' during virtual disk slot emulation for "" <<<

-> Severity: Severe error

-> Facility: Generic error codes

-> Abstract: Logic error detected

-> Rejected: Invalid virtual disk slot designation -

              "".

>>> Error X'00000065' logging message to archives <<<

-> Severity: Severe error

-> Facility: Generic error codes

-> Abstract: Logic error detected

Any idea what I should be looking for?  As well, things don't seem to be getting into the archives.
