Dear all,

I am running a couple of moderated lists with Yearly
notebooks/archives.  I recently check the web pages and noted that
the 2000 notebooks have not been created yet.  I thought this would
be automatic.  The dozen or so messages posted since 1/1/2000 are not
appearing in the 1999 notebook, so presumably there is an invisible
archive waiting to be linked to the web interface.  Thanks.
