I'm afraid I never used IND$FILE and can't help much, especially without
any error message. In principle the contract prints on both US and A4
paper. If you can't solve this problem, send me your snail-mail address
and I will mail you a printout.
There is no "plain text" version because it is too easy for a line of
text to be lost (and for that loss to go unnoticed) when a text file is
transferred to a PC, cut+pasted into something else, and so on. The
lawyers would rather we relied on nice, old-fashioned methods they
understand, like paper and snail-mail. Most people can handle postscript
and the results are easier to read and unlikely to cause the loss of a
line in the middle, so we thought this was a good enough compromise.
