There is a new document for LISTSERV Postmasters and List Owners available
from LISTSERV@BITNIC named LISTSERV TIPS.  Here is an excerpt from the
Introduction:
 
This document will outline the procedures necessary for managing and
supporting the popular electronic mailing list management software
LISTSERV. The purpose of the document is to get you started in becoming
the local LISTSERV expert or provide a reference for those who may already
discuss details of installation and maintenance of the LISTSERV software
itself.
 
The document is rather longish (1568 records) and is more of a composite of
frequently asked questions about LISTSERV than a comprehensive manual.
However, suggestions, comments and questions are very welcome (to covi@bitnic).
Style or editorial comments are welcome too.
