I just got home from work so I'm trying toreset a list to moderated.

I tried to set the list configuration like this:
Send= Private/Default-Options = Review

But I got an error I don't understand. See below.

This is not a public list,, only subscribers are there,but I'm going to put the list into moderated status
while we are reviewing list guidelines.  By default
I'd like the list on moderated status and I can liftthat restriction on a case by case basis.  Right now
it is just set to:   Send= Private

The following problems have been detected in the list header:

* Send= PRIVATE/DEFAULT-OPTIONS
 Error: Incorrect syntax. This parameter must be an "access level" keyword, such
 as "Public", "Private", "Owners(listname)", and so on (all without
 quotes). The following values are also acceptable: "All", "Confirm",
 "Hold", "Nomime", "Non-Member" and "Semi-Moderated".

Please refer to the list keyword documentation (available via the "INFO
 KEYWORDS" command) for more information about keyword syntax.

PUT operation rejected, old list remains unchanged.
