I suspect that the latter was the issue.  I had to interrupt my connection
for about five minutes, very close to the time when LSOFT updates its
statistics.  If the program encountered the interrupt and was unable to
gather statistics, I suppose the "no information" message is the logical
result.

However, the message is still showing up after a couple of days of
uninterrupted service, and the program "polls" at least thrice daily.  Any
other possibilities?
