If it's a short "Backup Succeeded" message, you may want to double-check
that the loop-detector isn't seeing it as identical to a previously
posted message - we've got an automated process that gets bit by that all
the time - all those "Cronjob produced the following 5 lines output"
messages look similar enough to be "identical" unless you put a datestamp
in the body....
