There may be multiple problems, including a broken mail system
at ccmail.ae.ge.com.
 
Now presuming that you cannot fix CCMAIL, how about some creative
(possible) bypasses:
 
(1) Change your list keyword headers by adding X-TAGS= COMMENT
 
(2) Then issue the owner's LISTSERV cmd
 
      QUIET SET HOLISTIC SHORT FOR *@*GE.COM
 
(there is only one non-concealed subscriber -- so far).
 
(3) Feel free to send an e-mail to [log in to unmask]
 
(4) Report to nodeinfo@cunyvm your success/failure.
