What *is* netwide  signoff list? If you  know the list name  and the user
name, it is  not netwide any longer.  If you only know the  list name but
don't know what users are on the list, it is a wildcard delete, available
today and not  netwide either. The users whose accounts  are still active
will be really upset, though :-)
