As one organization that uses confidential lists, it was my understanding
that "confidential=yes" meant that listserv never mentioned the list in
queries to it. Needless to say, there are other ways that people can find
out about such lists, such as inclusion in headers, redirected mail, and
probably some more "agressive" ways...
