Can someone tell me where I can read more about a Unix mailing list
manager called Mailbase?  Someone referred to it as the original
Unix-based tool (after Revised LISTSERV), but an Archie search
yielded only a bad pointer to a file for FTP at a site in Germany.
 
Does anyone know of any active Mailbase-based mailing lists?  I see
a fair number of Unix ListProcessor and Majordomo lists, not much of
other contenders.
