One is posted (in 15 parts) to comp.mail.list-admin.software on a fairly
regular basis.  It is ftp'able from somewhere (rtfm.mit or something
like that), but I don't have the exact address.  Note that is lists
mailling lists of ALL types, not just Listserv lists.
