The problem had always existed in fact, but there was a bug in 1.5n which
prevented LISTSERV from actually enforcing locked users. Without this,
you'd have a loop between LISTSERV and SMTPSERV, unless SMTPSERV can be
configured to throw out stuff from LISTSERV. I don't know what SMTPSERV
is, I just know that you can prevent LISTSERV from sending it mail by
adding SMTPSERV@nodeid to the TRAPOUT variable in LOCAL SYSVARS, or maybe
you could prevent SMTPSERV from sending to LISTSERV.
